Echium Drive is influenced by the Lupin fields beside Lake Tekapo – despised by some environmental purists, but loved by tourists. Even though Echiums drop many seeds, they spread relatively slowly, it would take some time to dominate a landscape as they do in this print.

Simon Stockley is an eclectic artist based in Auckland who works in a variety of mediums. Currently, he’s producing a series of digital prints as well as continuing his 25-year passion for computer-generated art.
