What can be ground: All grains apart from maize/corn

Outcome: Coarse – 110 g wheat/minute (that’s about 3 portions of muesli)
Fine – 60 g wheat/minute

Milling scale: Infinitely adjustable from muesli to powdery fine

Milling stones: Naxos-Basalt in Magnesite-Salt-Bond self-centered and self-sharpening grinding stones

Crank: Ball bearing which makes it easy to operate and maintenance-free. Left turning (anti-clockwise, so supports the muscles best)

Wood: Wood from local sustainable farming

Housing: Beech wood only treated with organic beeswax for a shiny finish
