Editors – The Back Room

Back in 2005, the UK post-punk quartet, Editors, were the latest band to have the local music press in a tizzy, with The Back Room, their debut LP, drawing the usual comparisons to Joy Division and Echo & The Bunnymen, while actually, they just sounded like Interpol!
It's an album of consistently high quality from start to finish and is such a perfect counterfeit that it feels like the genuine article. NME called it "A debut that will endure."..and they were right. This the 2020 15th Ann. white edition.
