has beautiful aromas of vanilla poached pear and white blossom upfront with supporting notes of lychee, candied ginger and gentle baking spices. A concentrated palate has bright flavours of pear that bounce off a long, lush mid palate. An elegant acid line gives the wine energy and a long-balanced finish. Pairs well with Asian dishes, washed rind cheese, or try pan seared scallops with a fresh mango salsa.
