Grüner Veltliner is Austria’s answer to White Burgundy – structured, textural, and made for the table. Grown here in Marlborough, our take is equal parts old-world charm and new-world freshness: bold, bright, and just a little unexpected.

This is a wildly versatile food wine that thrives on spice, richness, cream, and a riot of herbs. It’s a little bit exotic – with notes of lemon, lime, tangerine, and peach – but always grounded by that signature grapefruit pith and white pepper herbaceous kick.
