Based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec grapes the bouquet and palate of this expression offers complexity, integration, a snapshot of a rather good vintage and bottle-age worth waiting for. Flavours of fresh and dried berry fruits, firm tannins and medium acidity there’s black berry and plum, some bottler chocolate and clove spice. Still integrating through near its plateau this is a delicious wine to be enjoyed alongside cheeses and meaty stews, pastas dishes that include olive.
