Fruit Cru Pét Nat, Pōneke

After a two year hiatus Fruit Cru Pét Nat is back for 2023. Staying true to their goal of producing flavours unique to Aoteraroa, they co-fermented kiwi fruits with a blend of table apples to produce this bright acid driven fizzer. Aged in bottle for seven months prior to release.

Tropical and stone fruits dominate the pallate, with a bright acidity providing vibrancy and an ultra clean finish.
