Vita Mary Pinot Noir Rosé 2022

Certified organic Pinot Noir from Black Estate’s ‘Home Vineyard’. Mary is a dark rosé. Dried herbs, citrus and a moreish juicy acidity. 7 days whole bunch fermentation before 9 months aging in seasoned oak barriques.

Vita wines are made by Will Lyons-Bowman (Ngāpuhi) in the Waipara Valley in North Canterbury, New Zealand. Everything is aimed at bottling wine that is brimming with energy.
