The technical level. Past 40m, into mouthfill and FRC dives.

Level 3 is the SSI Performance Freediver certification — for divers with their own consistent training practice and the ambition to dive to 40m and beyond. This is technical work. Small cohorts, longer dives between sets, deliberate progression. Who this is for

- SSI Advanced Freediver (Level 2) or equivalent
- You train independently between courses
- You want to dive past residual volume safely What we cover

- FRC (functional residual capacity) dive introduction
- Variable weight introduction
- Advanced depth protocols and safety
- Equipment configuration for depth
- Self-rescue and team rescue at depth
- Depth progression to 40m Prerequisites
