This is a 100% arabica fair trade organic single origin bean, produced by Cooperativa Cafetalera Capucas Limitada, a cooperative consisting of 12 communities in the Medellin region of Colombia.

Profile: Chocolate cake, light spices, brown sugar, white peach aftertaste with mild acidity and round body.
