Papaya Chunks 200g

Ingredients:-Quality Dried Papaya (Pawpaw) Chunks. High in fibre, Vitamins A & C, Pantothenic Acid, Niacin, Folate (a water-soluble B Vitamin) and Minerals (incl. potassium). It has more beta-carotene. Papaya also contains several excellent enzymes, including natural “Papain", a powerful "proteolytic" enzyme (breaks down protein into peptides and amino acids).

Papain (vegetable pepsin) is capable of digesting protein in acid, alkaline or neutral medium.
