TORQ Gels are a key component of the TORQ Fuelling System and the fastest way to absorb fuel. Each compact gel packs in 30g/120 kcal of research-proven, fast-acting 2:1 maltodextrin:fructose carbohydrate. TORQ gels have a light, silky smooth texture – there’s no need to consume them with water. TORQ Gels do not contain any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
