Consume as required during exercise and dispose of the empty packet responsibly. PF 90 Gel: Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages. Reseal and crack on until you need more fuel, then repeat. Oh, and don't be a numpty, dispose of the empty packet responsibly. PF 300 Flow Gel: Pour the Flow Gel into a compatible Flow Bottle or Flow Flask and use the bottle or flask to dispense the gel in stages throughout your effort. The integrated measurement markings make it easier to keep track of how much carbohydrate you’re taking in. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
