Headlight LED Repair & Rebuild Service

This is a full headlamp rebuild service where we completely disassemble the entire unit to repair or replace faulty LEDs.

Heat and carefully remove the lens

Strip down the internal components of the headlight

Access the LED control segment

Remove the LED strips from the heatsinks

Replace the defective LEDs

Fully reassemble and seal the unit
