PRINTED PATTERN

Fletcher is a cabled beanie featuring bobbles with a double thick folded stockinette brim and thoughtful crown decreases. The hat makes the most of skein of the beautiful hand dyed yarn Merino Aran from La Bien Aimée. The original sample is knit in Romance, my personal favourite colour.

The cables and Pattern were inspired by one of my favourite fictional characters, Jessica Fletcher from Murder She Wrote. Jessica demonstrates throughout the series to be a woman who can accept change and embrace people of all types while being a strong individual with a clear sense of how to help others. Murder She Wrote has often served as a soothing balm for me and I hope this pattern makes you think of the strong kind women in your life you make the world better. Yarn weight - Worsted / 10 ply (9 wpi) Gauge - 24 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in 1x1 Ribbing Needle size - US 5 - 3.75 mm to US 6 - 4.0 mm Yardage - 140 - 170 yards (128 - 155 m) Sizes available - One size Patterns are for individual use only and are protected by international copyright law.
