KNITTING PATTERN

A super chunky cable hat. Quick to knit simple cable and texture pattern.

Knitted in Super Chunky yarn on 10 mm (15 US) needles

The pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

TENSION: 9.5 sts and 14 rows to 10 cm 4 ins over stst on 10 mm (15 US) needles.

MEASURMENTS:

To Fit: 53 cm (21 ins) Adult

MATERIALS:

Recommended yarn – Super Bulky

Natural 1 100 gm Balls

One size 10 mm (15 US) circular needle or one pair size 10 mm (15 US) needles.

We have samples knitted from this pattern instore, one using 2 x strands of Burnt Hill Vespers 8 Ply, and another using 2 x strands of Burnt Hill Vespers 8 Ply and one of Hedgehog Fibre Alpaca Boucle. The bulkiness of the recommended yarn, can easily be substituted by double/triple stranding the yarn that you choose.
