JOURNEY Consultations
1:1 consultations with an expert GetRunning coach, starting with your Warrant of Fitness (WOF) to review your running history, current fitness, and goals. Think of it as a running check-in before you start your journey.
Sessions are available in person (Auckland) or via video call. You’ll leave with clear action points, a written summary, and a plan you can put into practice straight away.
Choose your consultation:
WOF - Consult - Program
Review your running, then receive a fully customised 12-week training plan, delivered via TrainingPeaks and ready to sync to your watch.
WOF - Form - Strength
Technique and strength assessment, including video analysis, coaching cues, and personalised strength work, with a summary and take-home points to refine your form, boost pace, and prevent injury.
Option to add:
Mid-Point Check-In Consult
A follow-up session to review program, adjust your plan, revisit form and strength
