Icing Not Sugar from Sweetnz is a plant based natural sweetener to use instead of icing sugar and is a blend of Stevia Leaf Extract and Erythritol.

Nicely powdered and ready to use as an icing mix, to dust a nice stack of pancakes or waffles or when you need extra fast dissolving sweetener or very fine silky texture - great for meringue making, sponge cakes or Chantilly cream.

Use as direct substitute 1 to 1 for making icing or dusting. In recipes use 1/3 quantity to substitute for regular sugar amount.
