Enzymedica Gluten Ease

Enzymedica GlutenEase™ contains a unique combination of enzymes which provide support for gluten and casein breakdown. This complex formula uses Protease Thera-blend™ and DPP-IV for enhanced digestion of foods containing gluten and casein. It also contains amylase to assist in the digestion of the carbohydrate portion of grains and wheat which contain gluten, and glucoamylase to break down polysaccharides. Gluten Ease is ideal for those that suffer from minor gluten and casein complications.
This product is not intended to replace a gluten-free diet for individuals with Celiac Disease. DPP-IV is Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (a protease that breaks down gluten proteins).
