The entire dress has a black lining for contrast, soft boning in the bust for shape

Fabric: Shell is cotton the lining polyester as is the tulle parts.

Condition : This dress has a few very small flaws she’s been to the party a few times.

Expect a small hole in tulle in front bust hidden in the pleats and a few snagged bits of tulle by the hem which is also in the pleated parts of the dress.
