Born in Whanganui, a testament to sustainable innovation and artisanal craftsmanship. It’s the only spirit we know of made entirely from 100% New Zealand ingredients — from surplus baked goods like sourdough bread and chocolate cake offcuts, to malted barley grown in Marton, and pure Crystal Valley water. We also use a unique New Zealand-propagated yeast from Frothtech, selected for its ability to bring out subtle character while withstanding high-efficiency fermentation

Each batch is truly small batch, double-distilled without carbon filtration to preserve its distinct profile and deliver a clean, well-rounded mouthfeel.
