All you need in addition to the contents of the jar is 100g of butter, 2 Tbsp brown rice syrup and 1 egg.
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Pour the jar contents into a bowl and mix with the wet ingredients. Press and roll the mixture into a ball. On a lightly floured bench, knead the dough, then roll out to 4mm thick using a rolling pin and cut out your shapes.
Place cookies on two lined baking trays and bake for approximately 8 minutes. Cool before decorating, if desired. Information
Ingredients: Organic Wholemeal Flour (66%), Organic Brown Sugar (31%), Ginger Powder (1.2%), Cinnamon (0.8%), Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Nutmeg Powder, Baking Powder.
Allergens: This product contains gluten dairy (if adding butter). Packed in a factory that also packs dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, treenuts, peanuts, fish and sesame.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored as above.
