Knitting Needles

The most widely recognized form of knitting needle is the knobbed needle or the single-pointed needle. These are straight needles tapered to a point at one end and a knob at the other end to prevent stitches from slipping off. Such needles are always used in pairs. The aluminum finish tends to produce faster knitting.
