Anderson-Negele ILM-4 Inductive Conductivity Meter
The ILM-4 is an all-in-one inductive conductivity sensor and transmitter for hygienic processes. It measures conductivity precisely to separate product, water and cleaning phases and to control CIP concentrations. Because the measurement is inductive, no electrodes touch the product. Its solid PEEK tip doesn’t foul or wear like contacting probes. Key features
- Measuring range up to 1,000 mS/cm, response time 1.2 s
- Integrated temperature sensor and temperature-compensated output
- IO-Link and 4–20 mA in parallel (Flex-Hybrid)
- CIP/SIP up to 150 °C for 60 minutes; fits pipes from DN40
- CLEANadapt, Tri-Clamp and Varivent connections; compatible with ILM-2 and ILM-3
Typical applications: CIP phase separation, acid/caustic concentration control and product quality monitoring.
