Color Wow Color Control Blue Toning and Styling Foam is a blue tinted foam that neutralises orange and brassy tones instantly. No mess alternative to blue shampoo, this foam is never sticky, stiff or crunchy and can be used in wet or dry hair. The result? Shiny, bouncy, supple hair. Provides soft volume. Best for dark colour shades (brunette, black) for all types and textures of hair. Free of alcohol, sulfates, parabens. Provides heat protection. Vegan and cruelty free. Apply after washing hair, into towel dried hair (don't apply to soaking wet hair.) The brassier your colour, the drier your hair should be when applied.
