HART Resista Loops

The Resista Loops are closed loops of latex rubber, which are fantastic for warm ups and muscle activation in the lower or upper body. The very versatile training aid can also be used for increasing resistance or assisting limb alignment.

All loops are 305mm long and 76mm wide.
Strength is determined by the thickness of the band.
Complete Set includes one Resista Loop of each level.

- Level 1 - Yellow: 0.30mm
- Level 2 - Green: 0.43mm
- Level 3 - Red: 0.56mm
- Level 4 - Blue: 0.74mm
