Colour - Pale straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU;

Grist - Pale malt, wheat malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - European Ale Yeast.

Optional Dry Hop Additions: Option to dry-hop to add a subtle hop aroma with just 10-30g or more of noble hops like Tettnanger, Hallertau, or Saaz, or more local versions like Motueka or Wakatu.
