This Classic Down Under Pale Ale can be brewed simply with 1kg of dextrose for a clean, refreshing beer, or customised to suit your preferred strength and flavour profile. Adjust the fermentables to modify body and ABV, and add your favourite dry hops to create a brew that's uniquely your own. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. Colour - Pale Straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU;

Grist - Pale ale malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - Pale Ale Yeast. Dry Hop Additions Required: For that classic flavour, dry hop with 30 - 100g of New World hops like Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.
