Brick Road Classic Red Ale Beer Kit

Red Ale is a beautifully amber-hued beer showcasing rich caramel and toffee malt flavours. Smooth and malty on the palate, it finishes with a gentle dryness that creates a balanced and highly drinkable brew.

Specifications (approx.) of 23L made with 1kg dextrose brewing sugar:

Colour - Amber Red, 20 EBC; Bitterness - Medium, 27 IBU;

Grist - Red ale malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - Ale yeast.

Optional Dry Hop Additions suggested: No need to dry hop this malty beer, but 15g of East Kent Goldings, Fuggle or Magnum will bring some nice sweet, floral, spicy notes.
