This Craft Beer Kit includes premium Saison yeast and 30g Saaz dry hop pellets, adding delicate floral, herbal, and spicy hop aromas. For a true Super Saison, we recommend adding 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract plus 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry Malt Extract (or 1kg dextrose) to create a stronger, fuller-bodied beer while maintaining the style's refreshingly dry finish.
