Suggested Serving Size 10g
This honey may crystallise naturally. Do not use if seal is broken.
Store 18-25 degrees. Take in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet.

Adults:
Take 2 teaspoons (10g) daily

Children (1 year ):
Take 1 teaspoon (5g) daily
