Each 5ml dose contains:

Menthol - 8.21 mg

Licorice Root - 5.22 mg

Essential oils of Rosemary, Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus and Peppermint 0.0017 ml each

Iodine - 0.22 mcg.

In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water. Dosage

Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily.

Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
