Blend of Persian Echium and Valerian root Brewing Tips

- How much? Begin with a teaspoon (or a three-finger pinch) and adjust to your preference. Remember, you can always add more tea for a stronger brew.
- How hot? 90-95 Degrees Celsius. That's a boiled water that just stopped bubbling.
- How long? 5-8 minutes. Over brewing can lead to bitterness.
- Second Brew? This tea can be brewed a second (or even third) time, simply add more hot water.
