A delicate tea with a natural sweetness. Naturally caffeine-free, rich in anti-oxidants, trace minerals and nutrients, and very low in tannin. Made from the Apalathus linearis plant which grows exclusively in the Cedarberg mountains in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.

Dosage

Directions: Infuse 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

To dispose of the compostable bag, simply bury in a garden, worm farm or compost.
