BetterYou Magnesium Gel provides a slower release of magnesium for sustained delivery, making it ideal for use during exercise and targeted application. Ingredients

Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (30% concentration), hydroxy propyl starch phosphate.

Gelling agent. A naturally derived starch, modified to work in a high salt solution

1ml of gel delivers a minimum of 100mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium, with a teaspoon providing 500mg. Directions

Apply a small pea sized amount onto the targeted area and massage well into the skin, avoiding broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes.

Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Reapply whenever needed.
For best results apply to clean skin.
Due to its purity, MagnesiumGel is suitable for children and for use during pregnancy.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high-speed absorption of magnesium through the pores.
