Chelated Iron

Nature's Shinshine provides a form of iron (ferrous gluconate) that's usually well-absorbed by the body. In this formulation the iron is enhanced with vitamin C, calcium and a unique base of rose hips, chickweed herb, mullein leaves, thyme herb and yellow dock root
Iron is used by the body in making myoglobin (supplying oxygen for muscle contractions) and hemoglobin, the central molecule of red blood cells, which travel to the lungs to pick up oxygen and deliver it to the tissues. Iron is also involved in energy metabolism.

Phosphorus (di-calcium phosphate) - 30mg
