Shake well before use. Spray 2 times (2 presses) into the oral cavity towards the throat. Allow the material to remain for at least 20 seconds, then you can swallow.
Do not eat or drink or rinse your mouth for 10-15 minutes after use.

Apply the very first spray to your lip and wait 2 minutes. Then spray on the tip of the tongue and wait a further 2 minutes. If no reaction occurs, proceed with spraying to the back of the throat.
