Ground Moisture Barrier

A ground moisture barrier protects against rising damp and mould, it is a requirement for all rental properties with an enclosed subfloor area.

This ground vapour barrier is 250-micron thick polythene for maximum, lasting protection from cold and damp as is required by the Healthy Homes Standards.

The kit consists of one roll of polythene (100 m2), 5 rolls of tape and a box of 100 pins.
