ATHENA (mid-range) recommended dilution rate is 240g per 1Ltr. Allowing 18.75L of concentrate to be made per 4.5KG tub.

Tips:
It is recommended to mix the full amount of dry formula into a liquid concentrate, this ensures the correct nutrient ratios to feed/dose from.
