Just like our boxes, our inserts are made right here in Sydney from recycled materials. They are designed, cut, and manufactured in-house to ensure the highest quality finish and fast turnaround times.

Eco-Friendly and Locally Made
We proudly manufacture both our boxes and inserts using 100% or partly recycled cardboard, sourced from Australian post-consumer waste. Everything is printed, cut, and assembled in our Sydney warehouse, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring quicker delivery times for you.

Pricing & MOQ
Our MOQ for custom inserts is 10, but we can also produce a single sample unit. Like everything at Hero, the more you order, the more per unit. Each box and insert bundle is priced based on material, cut complexity, and quantity.

Shipping information: due to the volume and amount of space flat-packed boxes take up, there may be additional shipping charges to WA, Regional areas, and non-Australian shipping address. We do our best to subsidise the shipping costs to these areas and we will always contact you if additional costs apply. Shipping to other Metro areas in Australia rarely have additional costs.
