These custom padded mailers can take 2-4 months to make and deliver to your door in Australia. Your custom mailers are made from scratch and printed on our certified compostable materials. 2 types of material for padded mailers:
- Paper Matte Outer / Compostable Bubble Inner
- Compostable Gloss Outer / Compostable Bubble Inner

Note: Our compostable material is a combination of PLA and PBAT to create certified compostable outer and inner bubbles and lining.

Most brands choose to opt for paper matte outer and compostable inner as this has the best sustainability rating. Customers are able to tear apart the paper from the inner lining and recycle or compost the paper. HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM PADDED MAILER BAGS:
- Choose your size, type and quantity in the dropdown menu
- The price reflects the total price of the mailers (INCL the printing plate and GST)
- Place your order. You can pay using credit card, BNPL options or bank transfer
- Email us at hello@heropackaging.com.au with your artwork for the front and back of the mailer (this must be in AI or PDF format).
- We will send you a PDF proof with your artwork
- Once approved, the mailers will go straight into production.

Our compostable bubble mailers are the ideal solution for shipping more fragile items. With thick outer paper and soft padding, it will ensure the safety of any item inside.

The padding is made from 70%-80% PBAT – a biodegradable co-polymer, and 20%-30% PLA – biodegradable refined cornstarch.

Before composting our White HEROBUBBLE padded mailer, remove any labels and tear the layers apart. The outer layer is FSC recycled paper, while the internal material is certified compostable. Remember, this mailer is not for your recycling bin.

In commercial settings, our bubble mailers will break down within 120 days, while they take up to 150 days in home settings if disposed of correctly. Instructions are also printed on the back of the mailers.

HEROBUBBLE padded shipping mailers have a high weight load rating and can withstand all the hard knocks during the shipping process.
