Our newest packaging HEROTAPE EXPRESS is water-activated and 100% compostable, and recyclable. And it's super sticky for your boxes or our HEROBUBBLE and HEROHEX padded mailers with paper on the outside.
Please note: water-activated tape can't be used on our non-padded HEROPACK mailers just yet (but keep an eye out for a solution on this soon!).

Water Activated Tape (aka Gummed Tape) is paper-based packaging tape that gets activated by - yep you guessed it - water! Out with the chemicals and in with the renewable ingredients.

Just to make this magical tape even more magic-y, this water activated tape is stronger than regular plastic tape. That's because this has a cross-pattern of fibres to add strength.

Here are the details:

- Size 50mm wide x 50M long
- Colour: Yellow background with red " Express Post " writing.
- Made from the renewable and compostable plant-derived adhesive (made of hot melt corn starch adhesive) & paper backing.
- Recyclable and compostable
- The wood pulp used is 100% FSC certified recycled
- The tape is dyed and printed using water-based ink to ensure the tape is recyclable and compostable.
