Maple Moonshine

Discover a truly unique taste with Herrick Creek's. Crafted right here in Christchurch, we start with our Original Moonshine and infuse it with genuine Grade A Canadian Maple Syrup. The result is a spirit that's pleasantly sweet, rich, and easy to enjoy. Great with sour, citrus, or iced tea!
Whether sipped straight, mixed into cocktails, or drizzled over ice cream, our adds a special touch. The brown colour you'll notice is all thanks to the Maple Syrup we add post-distillation - no added colour.
We're proud that our was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2022 New Zealand Spirits Awards. The spirit is available in a 700ml jar, both bottled at a strong 50% ABV.
