Limited Release - Manuka Smoke Single Malt

Only about a year old, this is the first release of our whisky clearance. This has a mash bill of all malted barley, all smoked with manuka wood smoke.

57%abv Cask Strength - this could use some water when drinking, or even time to cellar.

Its smoke is sweet, grassy, and not at all like peat - making for a very uniquely smoked whisky.
