The Quiet Man 8YO Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Named for John Mulgrew, a barman in the pubs of Belfast, The Quiet Man Single Malt Irish Whiskey is expertly distilled in small batches and fully matured in first-fill bourbon casks of American Oak.

Aged 8 years, this exceptionally smooth whiskey has wonderful notes of vanilla, oak and honey, creating a crisp yet sweet nose.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Significant amount of oak, malt, citrus rind.
Aroma: Sweet and crisp floral fragrances with notes of vanilla and oak.
Palate: Very fruity, apricot, banana, malty sweetness, slight amount of bitter orange peel and cinnamon.
