The DIVIN team collaborated with the winemaker Villebois, the specialist in Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire region, to create a sparkling wine without alcohol. Produced on the Atlantic coast and in the Loire Valley, the French Sauvignon Blanc wine used as a basis for this perilous exercise was selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its sweetness-acidity balance.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Notes of passion fruit and mango, as well as more delicate notes of white fruit, peach and nectarine.

Palate: The palate expresses a great roundness, with notes of ripe fruit, balancing with the refreshing sparkle.
