Miyabi Knife Sharpener

This allow your knives to be sharpened more smoothly and in greater comfort. The sharpener features a pre-set sharpening angle so that your knife is always in the right position. This tool is easy to use, first pull the blade through the diamond-coated roller several times to achieve a beautiful cutting edge. Then pull the knife through the ceramic rollers several times at the end of the sharpening process to create an exceptionally sharp result.
