The Whole Hog

is a whole pig, this pack includes:

- 2x Rack Frenched
- 12-16x Loin Chops (Packed in Fours)
- 2x Pork Belly OR Cut in Half OR Strips
- 2x 1/2 Leg Roast
- 4x 1/2 Rolled Shoulder Roast
- 2x 750g Pork Schnitzel
- 4x Pork Hocks

There are different weight options for our pig boxes, which will change how big your pork cuts are:

- $800 Box: 1 Whole Pig based on a 60kg pig whole carcass ( Double the amount pictured)

Please Note:

- The weight of the carcass is not the weight you receive, as the carcass weight is before it has been boned.
- When selecting how you would like your Pork Belly, you can select both the pork belly cut in half and strips to receive a mix of both
- We can provide the head of the pig for an extra cost of $20, to cover the shipping of the head.
- There is a lead time of up to 7 days for us to order the pig in.
