Beef Brisket & Steak Butter Sausages

Our in house made beef sausage has lumps of the steak butter whipped through it which melt into the sausage releasing flavour when cooked.

Ingredients: Beef, Rice Flour, Salt, Mineral Salt (451), Milled Whole Grain Sorghum, Preservative (223)( Sulphites ), Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316), Acidity Regulator (331), Spice Extract, Flavour. Butter ( Cream , Salt, Lactic Acid, Culture Distillate), Garlic, Salt, Citric Acid, Parsley, Herbs & Spices.
