Combining the flavours of our own free range New Zealand Pork and the peppery taste of Watercress has created one of our newest sausages added to the Homegrown Butchery range, this is a delicious sausage perfect for BBQ's or cooked on the stove or in the oven for dinner.

Ingredients: Pork, Rice Flour, Salt, Mineral Salt (451), Milled Whole Grain Sorghum, Preservative (223)( Sulphites ), Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316), Acidity Regulator (331), Spice Extract, Flavour, Fresh Watercress.
